About the speaker:
Emmanuel Laffineur is a PRINCE2 and MSP certified trainer and consultant with more than 10 years of experience in Project Management, working in France, Belgium and Luxembourg for large organizations and different governemental agencies in various sectors, implementing Project Management Governance principles and guidelines or PMOs, supporting and operationally coaching project and program managers in their commitments.
Emmanuel is graduate MSc. in Project and Program Management from ESC Lille. He has been one of the key contributer to the french translation of the PRINCE2 standard.
